Our Residential Certified staff offers appraisals for Conventional, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA mortgages.  We also offer estate planning, property settlement, condemnation, equitable distribution and tax planning appraisal services.

Our General Certified staff offers appraisals for mortgage lending as well as appraisals for litigation, condemnation, subdivision development, estate planning, property settlement and equitable distribution.

Our staff includes appraisers experienced in court testimony for all property types.  We can also perform market studies to serve various purposes.  Austin M. Smith, Jr., our President, holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has served as an expert witness in both state and federal courts.
